I have 23 months before retirement, promised my crew they would get to see the physical form of the "old" me, (Spiritually speaking that man is dead and gone thankfully). That means no more hair cuts at all for the next two years! Since I am a supervisor I am catching some grief from my "superiors", but alas they will just have to accept this change in grooming standards 8^)!
